Ahfaz Mustafa - Chief Executive Officer: Ahfaz Mustafa has been associated with the company for the past 12 years.

Mr. Mustafa started off with risk management and has steadily worked his way to the top position in the company. Over the years, he has established his reputation amongst the financial institutions and high net worth individuals of the country. He completed his Bachelors from University of Toronto with majors in Economics.

Fahad Rauf – Head of Research: He holds a Masters in Business Administration from SZABIST. He is a certified IFMP Professional, an ACCA affiliate, and a CFA Level 3 candidate. He also holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University, U.K.

Mr. Fahad Rauf has been associated with Pakistan’s financial industry for about 9 years. Prior to Ismail Iqbal Securities, he has worked with leading Sell and BUY side firms, including UBL Fund Managers, and Atlas Asset Management. He was awarded the best research report award (runner-up) by CFA society in 2020.

Nazim Abdul Muttalib - EVP, Head of Broking: Nazim has 16 years of experience in brokerage, fund management and banking.

On the buy side, he managed equity funds of over PKR 15bn while on the sell side he advised institutional clients on their equity investments in the local market. He has previously worked at BIPL Securities Ltd (Formerly KASB Securities Ltd), MCB-Arif Habib Savings and Investments Ltd, The Bank of Khyber, Elixir Securities Pakistan (formerly Indosuez W.I Carr Securities) and Soneri Bank Ltd.

Mr. Muttalib is an M-Phil scholar in Finance and MBA in Finance from PAF-KIET in Karachi. He holds Associate Chartered Manager qualification (ACIM) and is a Fellow member of Institute of Public Finance Accountants (FPFA). He is a visiting faculty teaching finance electives to graduate students in leading universities of Karachi, Pakistan.

Azfar Bin Aman - EVP, Head of Sales: Azfar Bin Aman holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Economics.

He has over 23 years of experience in the local equity market. He has previously worked at different companies, including Invest and Finance Securities, First National Equities, and First Capital Equities Limited.

Jawwad Aboobakar - EVP, Head of Business Development: Mr. Aboobakar has over 12 years of experience in the brokerage industry.

He has worked on the sell side in leading brokerage houses like Next Capital, Atlas Capital and Elixir Securities. He was awarded the second runner up for best trader by CFA Society of Pakistan in 2015.

Mr. Aboobakar has a Chartered Investment Manager designation (CIM) and an MBA in Finance.

Fakhar Zaman - VP, Sales: Fakhar Zaman has been associated with the equity market since 1994 and has over 24 years of equity sales experience.

He has previously worked at different companies, including Indosuez W.I Carr Securities, Elixir Securities, Alfalah Securities and Sherman Securities.
